E-Commerce & Marketplace Automation

The Storefront Was Never the Hard Part.

The automation behind the store: catalog, stock, orders, marketplaces, payments and fulfilment kept in sync across every channel, without anyone re keying a spreadsheet.

  • No obligation, no sales script
  • You own the code
  • Fixed scope after discovery

The Real Cost

What the status quo is costing you

Overselling

You sell stock you no longer have

One channel sells the last unit and the others find out an hour later, so someone spends the afternoon apologising.

Re keying

The same product typed into four places

Your store, two marketplaces and the accounting system all want the same data, entered by hand, slightly differently each time.

Manual orders

Every order touched by a person

Invoices, dispatch notes, tracking emails and returns are all done by hand, so the cost per order never falls as volume rises.

The Alternative

The connected commerce ecosystem

Most online stores are not held back by the storefront. They are held back by everything behind it: one stock figure that four channels disagree about, product data typed in again for every marketplace, and an order that six people touch before it ships.

We connect the pieces into one system. Stock is counted once and published everywhere. A product is written once and reformatted per channel. An order arrives and walks itself to the customer, and a person only steps in when something is genuinely wrong.

The numbers your store dashboard will not give you

True margin per product, after fees, shipping and returns
Channel profitability, not just channel revenue
Stock cover and dead stock, per SKU and per location
Repeat purchase rate and lifetime value by cohort
Cart to order to dispatch, with the drop off points named
Return reasons grouped, so the cause gets fixed and not just refunded
Order Lifecycle

One order, end to end, with nobody in the middle

Every step is triggered by the one before it. A person appears only when something is genuinely wrong: a failed payment, a stock mismatch, a return outside policy.

How it works

  1. 1

    Talk

A 30 minute call. You describe the process, we tell you if it is worth doing.

  2. 2

    Scope

Fixed price, fixed timeline, written down before anyone commits.

  3. 3

    Build

Working software every week, not a status report at the end.

  4. 4

    Hand over

Migration, training, documentation and the keys.

Questions people ask

Do we have to replace our store?

No. The automation sits behind whatever you already run. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom builds are all fine, and in most projects the storefront is the one thing we do not touch.

How fast does stock actually sync?

Seconds, where the channel supports webhooks, which covers Shopify and most modern platforms. Marketplaces that only allow polling are slower by their own rules, so we hold a buffer on those to stop the last unit selling twice.

What about marketplace listing rules?

Each channel gets its own template: title length, required attributes, category mapping and image rules. Your product is written once, then rendered per channel. Rejections come back as a task with the reason, rather than disappearing.

Can it handle multiple warehouses and cash on delivery?

Yes. Orders route by stock location, shipping cost or supplier, and COD is treated as its own reconciliation flow with delivery confirmation, courier remittance and failed delivery handling.

What happens when something breaks?

Anything the rules cannot settle becomes an exception with the order attached: failed payment, stock mismatch, address that will not validate, a return outside policy. Nothing is silently dropped, and nothing waits on someone noticing.

How long does a build take?

A single storefront with stock sync and order automation is usually four to six weeks. Multi channel with marketplaces, 3PL and accounting runs longer, and we scope it in phases so the first one is live while the rest is still being built.
